Shipping & Delivery policies for plants

Naturesbuggy.com is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given period. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will be shipping your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

  • How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

    A flat shipping charge of Rs.100 is charged for orders across India and free shipping for orders in Jaipur City Only.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

  • What if the product received is in damaged condition?

    If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9358897802 or email us at support@naturesbuggy.com mentioning your Order ID.

  • Are the plants same as seen in the pictures?

    A lot of care has been taken to make sure that the pictures of most of the products are taken from our nursery itself however, as plants are living things the actual plants may differ a little from the picture.

  • How do we take care of the plants?

    We shall provide you with a manual containing instructions of how should you take care of the plants.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept any returns of Live Plants.

Conditions for return:
  • The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
  • Returns for Plants and Pots category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the NaturesBuggy marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Holi, Diwali, New Year, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
    • Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
    • If any of the product is damaged post-delivery and do not follow Plant for a Plant Policy, it shall not be accepted for return.
Refunds:

Refunds in case of cancellations will be processed within 7-8 working days.

  • Can we cancel the order once it’s placed?

    The order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped from order side. You may cancel the order which has yet not been shipped by us. The shipping details are updated by the end of the day.
